Two kinds of setting, and they do not belong in the same interaction. Changing the reorder horizon changes what the app does next; changing the fee materiality ratio changes what June earned. The second kind cannot be a toggle that saves silently — it opens a restatement preview showing the closed months before and after, and the save lands in the audit log with both numbers. The column exists so nobody has to know which is which.
